Finally Bangladesh Government has taken step to set up call centers in the country. Congratulations to the care taker government to take the decision which the political government couldn't. Also thanks to the BTRC authority.
I hope our country will compete with India and earn good amount of foreign currency using the call centers.

We cannot only 'wish' to compete against India!
It is a good initiative to set-up these centers. However, I feel that we should have people focusing on improving the English-speaking population of the country.
Not many people who speak English, in Bangladesh, will want to be a call center person. Simply because the pay scale will be difficult to accept.
Similarly, we should also focus on skill building in other regions of BD. In other words, focus on having the call centers in the major cities of Bangladesh, not concentrated only in Dhaka. Dhaka, will however be where it starts.
